Project Name: Masonic Library
Forest Grove, OR

The new Masonic Library in Forest Grove, OR utilized both DuroLast PVC membrane and Taylor Metal’s standing seam metal roofing. Great care was taken to ensure proper tie in of the standing seam metal roof systems with the PVC membrane roof system on the commercial application. Washington Roofing Company provided full shop drawings for both systems which were reviewed and approved with ease. The flat roof installation consisted of a 60 Mil Grey DuroLast PVC membrane over a fully tapered poly-iso insulation system.

The membrane roof system wrapped to the exterior of parapets and tied into standing seam metal siding and smooth wall metal siding systems. The MS200 standing seam metal roof system was installed over a rigid insulation assembly per details specific to meet Taylor Metal Products’ 20 year weather tight warranty requirements. This project showcases our ability to perform the entire roof related scope of work from start to finish including; membrane roof system, standing seam roof system, metal siding system, metal soffit system, and full metal coping system.
